We are an award winning organisation (Hackney Contribution to SportAward 2014) that supply a variety of programme’s with a range of different methods to suit all cultures, ages, individuals and groups. These can be focused on one particular activity or combined; we offer everything from Football and Handball to Dance and many more. We have a proven track record over the last 4 years and have worked with a variety of Schools and Housing Associations including Sanctuary Housing

Community Enrichment Programme
This programme encompasses everything from hourly sessions to afterschool clubs and can be for the eldery, young people or entire familys We offer everything from healthy lifestyles training,
basic fitness clubs, SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) training to a specific sport session such as football, athletics, non-contact boxing and basketball.
Train the trainer
This programme is for people aged 16 and up and aims to support and guide them in the process of becoming accredited coaches regardless of experience and background. This is the perfect programme for anyone keen to develop their understanding around what it takes to be a good coach, the importance of communication, health and safety training.They will also get to experience hands on supervised coaching
Over 50’s active life session
A variety of aerobic and cardio fitness workouts, which primarily works on improving strength, core, endurance and flexibility. All sessions are non competitive and allows you to work at your desired pace. Everybody is welcome to join in and get fit. The sessions are 1hr long and can be done individually or in a group setting.
Our personal trainers work with targeted small groups or individuals with a range of clients from mums to teachers, kids and elite athletes. Our Trainers will support groups with their dieting & nutrition and development of a healthy lifestyle. Typically our sessions last from 45 minutes to an hour.
This is a service designed around your individual needs that in the past has included the planning, delivering and facilitation of sports days,. Team building sessions for groups or even staff members as well as residential and summer camps.
